Because our facility sits on a secure, private airbase well away from main highway noise, you gain complete creative control over your environment.
Motel & Strip Mall
Our dedicated outdoor build and dressing space. Step onto a realistic two-storey American motel facade, complete with a dressing-ready parking lot. Positioned directly opposite are customisable American strip mall storefront units, offering raw spaces to build out functional, working interiors. Our in-house art department is also available if needed to help design, construct, and budget further exterior set additions.
2km Runway & 5km Perimeter Track
Need high-speed tracking, low-loader SFX sequences, or precision stunt driving? Our massive, lockable 2km former RAF runway and its accompanying 5km circular perimeter track offer pristine, uninterrupted surfaces for intense vehicle work. Bordered by a central solar farm, this environment offers a stark, industrial, or near-future aesthetic.
Night Shoots & Zero Pollution
For complex night work, the far sides of the perimeter track offer almost absolute darkness with zero light pollution, giving your cinematography team total control over active lighting setups.
