THE OVAL OFFICE
4500 sq ft
A striking, full-scale replication of the White House Oval Office housed inside a massive 4,500 sq ft main hall. Complete with a dedicated overhead lighting grid, 3-Phase power, and an additional 1,700 sq ft of space for back-sets or production rooms, it offers an elite white-house setting without international travel.
The Prison Set
4000 sq ft
An incredibly authentic, gritty institutional environment built into our permanent structure. Featuring 4 individual cells, 2 group/holding cells, an integrated prison visitation window, and clear lines of sight for complex camera blocking. With a soaring 7m ceiling height and ample clearance on both sides, it is fully optimized to let you extend or customise the build as needed.
The US Diner Set
An authentic 42-seater period American diner. Completely customizable, it can be painted and dressed to match any era from the 1950s to the modern day. While it functions perfectly as an on-camera location, it actively doubles as a daily crew dining room and talent green room on base, featuring a hidden 2nd AD office, production space, and make-up area tucked seamlessly away inside the design.
hospital Set
A fully dressed, modular medical environment designed for maximum flexibility across drama and factual productions. Featuring a realistic hospital ward, triage desk, corridors, and treatment rooms, it comes pre-lit and dressed with authentic medical equipment, hospital beds, and practical props to streamline art department setup times.
police Set
A versatile institutional set configured to double as a modern or period police station. The space includes a front desk reception, incident room, interrogation suite with two-way mirror framing, and holding areas. Built with adaptable wall panels and flexible camera sightlines to allow quick modifications for custom set dressing and lighting rigs.
