We have a wide range of studio spaces, offering a combined 14,500 sq ft of indoor build spaces, workshops, and production offices designed to support any tier of filming. Every stage is positioned with optimal logistical flow in mind, surrounded by private controllable roads, dedicated car parks, and extensive unit base parking right outside your studio doors.
Studio A
4000 sq ft
A versatile drive-in studio featuring a 7m clearance height over half the stage and load-bearing steel beams at 5m for custom rigging. Sound-treated exterior walls (100mm RWA45 insulation faced with offset double-layer plasterboard) and 50% wall coverage with Bolton drapes give you exceptional acoustic and light control. Direct internal access connects Studio A to Studio B for multi-stage configurations.
Studio B
5000 sq ft
Our largest dedicated build space. Engineered with a heavy-duty load-bearing steel beam grid at 5m spanning the entire studio, Studio B is a drive-in stage optimized for massive set construction, specialized lighting rigs, and intricate tracking shots. Fully sound-treated and complete with an attached Executive/Artist Green Room.
Studio C
3000 sq ft
The ultimate modular footprint. Studio C features a shifting lineup of standing sets to inherit including domestic layouts, which can be redressed or struck and rebuilt entirely to order. Features a load-bearing grid at 3.5m supporting mezzanine builds, drive-in access, and attached preparation/store rooms.
Studio D
1500 sq ft
Ideal as a standalone small studio, specialised workshop, or a prep room servicing the larger stages. Outfitted with practical windows featuring security bars, this space is pre-scaled for police station, military, or institutional builds.
